How many photos do we get?
The amount of photos you will receive from your photoshoot depends on which particular package you have chosen. We have a focus on quality over quantity. While time consuming, each photo is always individually and professionally edited to ensure the most beautiful results. Please contact us for image estimates on specific packages.
Do you Travel?
Yes. Wherever your love is, we will roam to you. (That's why we're The Roaming Royles.) For weddings and elopements, we will travel anywhere in TAS, interstate or overseas to capture your love story. Please contact us for an individual travel quote regarding interstate or overseas travel. Sunset portrait sessions are specifically for St Helens, TAS and surrounding areas. The East Coast of Tasmania has the most beautiful locations for shooting, which is why we highly recommend hosting your sunset session locally, in order to ensure the best possible results.
How do we get our photos?
Your photos will be delivered to you in a professional digital gallery. You will be able to download the images in both high quality for printing and web size for easy sharing to your socials and friends or family.

Do you retouch photos?
Yes. As documentary style photographers, we believe in capturing you and your loved ones authentically. However, as perfectionists, retouching certain photos in order to remove things that would not naturally be there - such as, someone stepping into the background of a frame - is essential in producing high quality and aesthetically pleasing imagery of your wedding. The focus should be on YOU, and your SPECIAL moment, not a distraction that may have popped up in frame while you and your spouse danced down the beach.
If you have a specific retouching request, please consult with us prior to your shoot regarding this and we will try our best to assist you.
What should we do for an engagement session?
Consider doing what you and your partner love the most for your shoot. Maybe that's simply spending time at the beach together. If you're like us - going for a wild winter dip, or maybe, you would like to have a relaxed picnic session at the park. Whatever makes you both feel most at ease. My personal favourite is always a beautiful beach session at sunset, as the lighting is soft and dreamy, and the location choices are plentiful.
What should we wear?
For the most aesthetically pleasing photos, we recommend that both you and your spouse and/or family, wear only neutral or earthy colour palettes. Examples of this are natural, earthy colours such as cream, sage green or rust. Please avoid wearing any large logos or prints.
What's your turn around time?
Our turn around time depends on your chosen specific package. For weddings and elopements, we aim to send out photo sneak peeks within one week. Final gallery delivery for weddings + elopements is between 6 - 8 weeks. With an eye for detail and emotion, our photos and videos are individually, meticulously edited for best quality. We always prioritise quality over time. Photos are typically delivered first, followed by your special highlight video.
